Sterile Processing Renovation

This renovation is being undertaken to improve the current SPD’s workflow and capacity to support local community-based outpatient clinics (CBOC). The work will completely reorganize the current SPD staff/support spaces. Renovations to the following spaces are to be included: Lounge, Locker / Shower Facilities, Equipment Storage, Shared Open Office Space as well as three Private Offices. To minimize interruption of the hospital’s sterile processing capacity during the construction of this project, a Steris mobile SPS trailer will be rented and used by the hospital for the duration of construction to be located in the parking area outside the corridor connecting buildings.
