Emergency Department Expansion

As the Orlando VA Medical Center continues to expand its clinics and services, our team was contracted to provide design development and construction documents for the 3,400 SF reconfiguration of the Lake Nona Emergency Department. The emergency department was operating at maximum capacity and required additional workspace. The new space features additional acute care isolation rooms, a dedicated nurse workspace, triage rooms, a reception area, a waiting area, additional storage capacity for department management, and construction conversion to accommodate improved workflow.
